Shipping Info

At Tomarc's of Troy we value your business and we make every effort to process your order, once accepted, within a 48-hour period. Depending on the size of your order, our normal shipping is via the United States Postal Service or UPS ground.

Note: currently we are only shipping to destinations within the 48 U.S. continental states. This policy is under review and may be amended in the near future.

All orders placed on our site are protected by the highest level of encryption and cannot be viewed or altered as your information travels to our secure server. Credit card and check transactions are processed by a third-party financial institution. They receive only enough credit card or check billing information to determine validity and to process your transaction. Tomarc's of Troy does not sell or share names, credit card data, or any personal information with any other third party. Any information shared with Tomarc's of Troy will be the sole possession of Tomarc's of Troy and will be used for Tomarc's of Troy purposes only.

Guarantee and Return Policies

We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and total satisfaction. We promise you the highest quality foods and ingredients. For return authorization or questions about your order, please call our customer service desk at (518) 270-1711 between normal business hours (8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday) and please allow for a 12- to 24-hour response. Refunds and exchanges are provided for non-perishable products returned in salable condition within 30 days of receipt with return merchandise authorization (RMA). Refunds or credits will be provided in the case of spoilage, spillage, damage, or an error on our part. A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package. We do not issue call tags, and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Your card will be credited on receipt of the return, and you will be notified via email. Any and all shipping costs cannot be refunded. After 30 days past your receipt of shipment, no returns are accepted. We cannot offer refunds, credit, or exchanges if you made a selection that does not appeal to your palate.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed via our online store, click here for our Contact Form, or call us at (518) 270-1711 during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST). We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the package (see Return Policy). Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return, and all return policies listed apply.

Damaged Items

Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to Tomarc's of Troy within 5 days of receipt. Please call us at (518) 270-1711 during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) to notify us of any damaged items. Please have your order number and the item description ready when you call. We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s), and either send you a replacement order or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged. If your item(s) are being credited, a full credit for the damaged item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.

Errors

We make every attempt to send you what you order. In the rare event that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Merchandise sent to a customer in error must be reported within 5 days of receipt. We will then work with you to resolve the situation (refund, replacement, etc.). Please call us at (518) 270-1711 during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) for an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise. Please have your order number and the item description ready when you call. A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label or we will refuse the package. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within one billing cycle of our receipt of the returned package.

For any returns, make sure to pack your items carefully and insure the package when sending it.

However, Tomarc's of Troy does not warrant that product descriptions, prices, colors, sizes, ingredients, usage information, instructions, or other content of this Web site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Tomarc's of Troy is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. The prices displayed on the Web site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. If for any reason a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Tomarc's of Troy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

Order Acceptance

Tomarc's of Troy reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline that order for any reason and to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed or the credit card charged. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, Tomarc's of Troy will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
