Dragon Kick

This Tomarc variation of a Chinese Five Spice, is enhanced with additional spices to provide a great fragrance and taste. This mild and flavorful blend can be used as a dry rub for any meat, poultry or fish prior to barbecuing, broiling, or roasting. Simply combine with olive oil and a little dry sherry for a nice marinade, or just add to soy sauce. Also, tasty as a dip with sour cream for veggies and any deep fried meats.
