Versatile by design, our spice blends are for use in many applications. Use them in the initial food preparation, as the add-on during the cooking process, or as the finishing touch with the easy-sprinkle cap. Some of our blends are "hot," and some are not. They all offer a unique taste and excitement to embellish and embrace your culinary whims. We bend to your senses, so you can be as creative as your imagination will allow.

We hand-blend our select spices and herbs in small batches for quality and consistency, carefully pack each easy-to-use spice jar, label it, and finally market to you — all from our small, family-owned business based in Troy, New York.

At the craft shows and food festivals that we attend, we serve some of our blends in sour cream, just to provide an initial taste reaction. Many of our customers have bought our product to use simply as a dip mix. Others react to the flavor immediately and envision the various blends for their meats, fish, poultry, and vegetable dishes. Regardless, everyone cooks and eats differently, and we welcome your comments and ideas as we develop this site.
