Southwest Espresso Rub

As a Dry Rub you should lightly moisten the meat, then liberally coat all sides with the Southwest Espresso Rubn. Let it sit for about 30 minutes before cooking. You can even make a simple marinade or basting sauce using it with a little Olive oil and tomato sauce, or orange juice, and set for an hour or so. The flavors are exciting and there really isnt much you have to do but ENJOY the results. And the results will AMAZE you.

Ingredients: Sea Salt, Ground Espresso Bean Powder, Granulated Garlic, Chili Powders, Paprikas, Dutch Cocoa Powder, Granulated Onion, Black Pepper, Coriander, Orange Peel, Ginger, Mustard, and Oregano.
